That’s why we invited Alessandra Montagne to take our project to a new level after our first two years. She will bring her passion for cuisine with purpose and originality through menus that will be seasonal, respecting the availability of ingredients and the stimuli specific to each season, in fact, the chef’s signature in her cuisine.
